I Just realised that nobody knows what items do. So after much facepalming myself I have come up with an item listings. So here it is!

Items

Healing Potion- A potion that restores 50% of maximum health to one person.
Healing Breeze- All people on a team restore 50% of max HP.
Sun Raphsody- Restores 50% of Mana to one person.
Spirit Potion- Restores all Mana to one person.
Angels Prayer- An odd item that restores life to a KOed person.
Phoenix Ashes- Strange ashes that restore life to any it touches.
Body Purifier- Heals Poison, Paralasis, and Attack-block on one person.
Mind Purifier- Heals Confusion, Sleep, and Fear on one person.
Power-Up- Doubles All stats for a few posts.

Attack Items

Burn Out- Ignites a fire that grows into a huge flame on one enemy.
Spark Net- Powers electricity that grows into huge volts into one enemy.
Spear Frost- Calls several spears of ice from the sky until they blot out the sun on one enemy
Meteor Fall- Calls down large rocks to crush all enemies. Rocks slowly get bigger.
Tornado Spin- Summons a small tornado that increases in size on one foe.
Rave Twister- Summons many small spinning gales that suck air out of all foes.
Gravity Gripper- Two forces pull pillars of rock together. On one of those pillars, are all of your foes.
Flash Hall- Lights go out, it is pitch black several flashes of light somehow hurt the foes.
Night Attack- Same as Flash Hall except a wild animal attacks them brutally.
Lava Plume- Some lava erupts from the ground and hurts all foes.
Ray Shine- Several beams of light come from the heavens and burn the enemies.
