In the Volcano is a cave that leads through it. Though lava flows mosters exist here. Train as well as you can.

Fire Spirit- 26HP A ghost that is on fire. Its attack is mainly ramming.
Red Hot- 38HP A rocky monster that is searing hot and hard to touch.
Salamander- 43HP A large lizard-like monster that spews flames. Has a lot of health.
Boss: Fire Bird- 660HP By now you should be strong, but this monster flys and summons fire wisps of 30HP each. Its fire sears the flesh and is able to melt steel.
