Personality: He is evil beyond measure. He doesn't even kill his enemies until he is done melting their bones with electricity and stretching them until they snap in two. So evil that he plots to take over the world.

History: He was born in Bale, the youngest of two brothers in a royal family. He was pampered and spoiled beyond imagining. He was so used to this. But then his brother was made king. He couldn't stand it. He was the only one who was worthy of ruling over the pathetic people of Bale.
His brother sensed the hatred towards him and banished Onshir from Bale before a riot broke out. Crushed, Onshir packed his blade and left. He walked about aimlessly as a wanderer for many months before realizing that he had power he should use it. He tried to take over the Black Castle to no avail. He was weak and powerless.
He while he wallowed he happened upon a small gem. He received a great power from the stone and and he kept it forever. He then realised what it could do to him.
With the power he had received, he took over the Black Castle and worked his skills. He summoned an electric dragon to defend his fortress. He then declared war on Basil. He is plotting the ruling of the world when he wins. IF he does.
